GUARANTEE TERMS FOR HYPERMINT DRONE BY MINTFPV Guarantee Coverage: If your HyperMint drone experiences a failure within 3 months of the purchase date, we will replace your drone with a brand new unit and cover camera repair or replacement expenses up to $5,000. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for this guarantee, the failure must be due to a manufacturing defect or design flaw and it must happen within 3 months of the purchase date. Examples of covered failures include motor malfunctions, electronic speed controller (ESC) issues, and structural defects. Failures resulting from pilot errors, such as a disconnected battery, improperly secured propeller, crash, or any other mistake not directly attributable to MintFPV's actions, are NOT eligible for this guarantee.
Drones that were disassembled or modified in any way, including swapping components, mounting a different propeller brand, or changing the PID tuning, are NOT eligible for this guarantee. Crashes caused by GPS rescue are not covered by this guarantee. Flying on broken and slightly damaged propellers is strictly forbidden. Guarantee Claim Process: To submit a claim under this guarantee, you must:
Provide a proof of purchase - your invoice and serial number.
Send us the DVR footage of the crash.
Send us a photo of the drone at the crash location, untouched, immediately after the crash.
Return your crashed HyperMint drone to us.
Provide a camera repair bill or replacement invoice (if applicable).
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the failure. MintFPV reserves the right to reject any guarantee claim without providing a reason for the rejection. Disclaimer of Warranties: The HyperMint drone is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, except for the guarantee expressly stated in this document.
Limitation of Liability: Pilots are responsible for operating their drones in safe environments. MintFPV disclaims any responsibility for damage to third parties or objects other than the drone and camera, even if the damage results from a covered drone failure. MintFPV's maximum liability under this guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the HyperMint drone.
Modification and Waiver: No modification or waiver of this guarantee is valid unless published a the official MintFPV website: mintfpv.com.
Severability: If any provision of this guarantee is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
